Bev - Founder of Bright Eyes Yoga and Bright Eyes Yoga Kids Club
I started practicing Yoga in 2002 after moving to London and eventually left my full time HR job in banking to train under the British Wheel of Yoga gaining my teaching Diploma in 2010.
I founded Bright Eyes Yoga in 2011 and initially taught Hatha yoga part-time alongside my 'day job' which I continued part-time. During my pregnancy in 2013, I made the decision to focus more on Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga and came across Integrated Mama & Baby Yoga and Children's Yoga which I fell in love with, and which I studied under Uma Dinsmore-Tulli.
I now teach in combination with being a Mum to J, left who was born October 2013 and who attended classes with me from 5 months until he began to crawl. Our daughter was born 2016 and I now teach both Mama & Baby Yoga and also run Kids Club for 3-5 year old yogis, focussing on yoga play and mindfulness.
I offer studio term time classes for Bright Eyes Yoga Kids Club (3-5 years) as well as private group classes (NCT and other small groups) for Mama & Baby Yoga classes and one-to-one lessons.
